Yes, a minimum spend applies to exclusive venue hire. We’ll confirm the requirement for your event in your proposal, along with the food and beverage options. If your final spend falls below the agreed minimum, the organiser pays the difference.

Yes. You can arrange a bar tab, have guests purchase their own drinks, or select a beverage package. Packages are available for three, four or five hours, so you can choose an option that suits your plans and budget.

Yes. Options include a signature cocktail or spritz on arrival, a cocktail hour with unlimited pre-selected cocktails, and an espresso martini station after dinner. Minimum guest numbers apply to the cocktail hour. Cocktail service finishes 30 minutes before your event’s scheduled end time.

You’re welcome to bring a celebration cake. Other external food and beverages are not permitted. Let us know about your cake when planning so we can discuss the arrangements.

Access for styling and setup is available up to one hour before your event, unless another arrangement has been agreed. Decorations must not be attached to walls or surfaces with tape, nails or adhesives. You’ll also need to arrange delivery and collection of any externally supplied styling items or equipment.

Live music and entertainment are welcome, subject to venue approval and noise restrictions. If you’re planning an MC, speeches or a performer, tell us what you have in mind so we can confirm the arrangements and any equipment requirements before you book.

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll send your event proposal, booking confirmation and deposit invoice. The remaining balance, including food and beverage packages, is due 14 days before your event.

Final guest numbers and menu selections are due seven days before your event. Guest numbers cannot be reduced after this date. As our menus follow seasonal availability, some dishes may change; suitable alternatives will be offered.
