Let somebody else’s dad be on the tools today as The Jack Gray Smokehouse Truck returns for a feast made with families in mind. Serving melt-in-your-mouth brisket, juicy pulled pork, smoky wings & sides designed to elevate the rich barbecue flavours coming out of the smoker.

Served buffet-style with big smiles all-round for a good day out at Jack Gray.

Add a beverage package of beer and house wines for $29 per person, available to pre-organise when booking or decided upon the day.

Angus Beef Brisket
Twelve-hour ironbark smoked, meltingly tender with deep, rich BBQ flavour

Pulled Pork Shoulder
Slow-smoked, hand-pulled & finished with Rhys’ signature BBQ sauce

Smoked Chicken Wings
Ironbark smoked, lightly glazed & served with hot sauce or blue cheese. 

Smoked Chorizo
Gently smoked over hickory, a subtle nod to tradition
