MOTHER’S DAY AT JACK GRAY

In an effort to portray just how much mother’s mean to us, we’re putting on an all weekend long offering. Giving greater opportunity for mums and their loved ones to celebrate her and for mums to celebrate each other. Whether booking a table for her with your siblings, or bringing the whole family together, even gathering your mum friends for a Mother’s Day celebration of each other, Jack Gray’s Mother’s Menu seeks to treat her for all that she does. With 3-courses of delicious plates showcasing seasonal produce, native flavours and refined café classics for just $59 per person.

TO START

Grilled Halloumi with honey drizzle and baby herb salad.

Seasonal Mezze Plate with guacamole, hummus, beetroot drop, native dukkah, aperitivo olives, grilled pita, grilled corn totopos.

MAINS

Herb Crusted Barramundi with native herb crust, crispy chat potatoes, fennel & citrus slaw, finger lime and lemon myrtle cream.

Woodland Gnocchi with Mussett Farms mushrooms, porcini cream, parmesan and native thyme crispies.

SIDES

Rocket Salad with roasted pumpkin, cashews, kissed peppers and dessert lime dressing.

DESSERT

Swedish Sticky Chocolate Cake (Kladdkaka) with crème fraîche and Davidson plum powder.

For Mother’s Day service, each table will be reserved for a 90-minute dining experience to accommodate all bookings.

Available not just for Sunday lunch, but also across Friday and Saturday lunch & dinner, with sittings at 11:30am-1pm, 1:30pm-3pm during the day and 5pm-6:30pm & 7pm-8:30pm in the available evenings.

An optional beverage package will be on offer for $25 per person for the 1.5 hour duration of all wine varietals, beers and soft drink. Available upon request at the time and date of your booking.
